Sikyong Dr. Lobsang Sangay will be the keynote speaker and the three-day Summit will include 15 plenaries, three concurrent workshops, a leadership development workshop and an interactive session on a range of topics: Different perspectives on the Tibetan freedom movement, Tibetan democracy, and envisioning a path forward; Tibetan Buddhism: a valuable cultural capital to build Tibetan identity and community; Homeland, Exile and Diaspora: towards a common future; The role of writers, scholars and artists in contemporary Tibetan society; Diaspora as national asset.
